[Dispatch=Lee Myung-ju Reporter] Actor Son Seok-gu becomes an obsessive detective. He embarks on a pursuit of truth entangled in bizarre serial murders.

Netflix released the main poster and main trailer for the new original series "Blue Road" (screenplay by Jo Yujin and Han Junhee, directed by Han Junhee) on the 5th.

The poster captured Seoul detective Kim Seok (played by Son Seok-gu) and Tokyo detective Inose (played by Nagayama Eita). It hinted at cooperation to solve the case.

It also revealed the temporal setting of the work. Citizens wearing red support uniforms pointed to 2002, when the Korea-Japan World Cup took place.

The text on the poster is significant as well. The tagline "Cruel deaths across borders, twisted truth" further stimulated curiosity about the full story.

The trailer began with a girl's abduction. The moment a mysterious drug envelope appeared, a stranger showed up. Afterwards, a body with contorted limbs was discovered.

A scene suggesting difficult cooperation also appeared. Inose rejected the handshake Kim Seok offered. He said, "I just need to catch the criminal."

Ryu Yun-ok (played by Kim Shin-rok), a Korean-Japanese businessman, dark underworld figure Seo Hyeon-tae (played by Jung Jae-young), and National Intelligence Service agent Yun Su-kyung (played by Choi Sung-eun) also appeared.

They took opposing stances against the protagonists. Their presence made it impossible to predict what turning point the investigation into the serial murder case would face.

"Blue Road" is a crime thriller. It is adapted from a webtoon of the same name. It depicts the process of two detectives from both countries pursuing the true culprit of a bizarre murder case.

Son Seok-gu played Seoul detective Kim Seok. Nagayama Eita took on the role of Tokyo detective Inose. Kim Shin-rok, Jung Jae-young, and others also appeared.

Meanwhile, "Blue Road" will be released on Netflix on the 20th.
