On August 18th, BTS’ Jin (full name Kim Seok-Jin) answered questions about future plans of acting on Weverse with his ARMY fans.
On this day, a fan asked, "Now that Seok-Jin is here, I want to ask again. When will you start acting?"
Jin replied, "Actually, there are rumours that I will be acting but I actually have no plans at all.”
In the past, Jin was accepted into Konkuk University's Department of Film Arts with the goal of becoming an actor. After making his debut as a member of BTS, he has been focusing on his music career. Since his original goal was to become an actor, rumors had circulated that he was cast in new dramas. However, to their disappointment, Jin has clarified that he does not have plans of acting as of yet.
