During his military service, an encouraging update has emerged about BTS's J-Hope (age 30).

On the 22nd, a group photo of BTS's J-Hope and his fellow soldiers from the same unit was posted in the "The Camp" training camp sketch category.

In the released photo, J-Hope is seen wearing a special forces cap and vest as a drill sergeant, and he is wearing a contented smile. His comrade next to him places his arm on J-Hope's shoulder, demonstrating their friendship and making fans envious. Furthermore, J-Hope strikes a V-pose in the group photo, displaying his confident charm with his small face and impressive proportions.

J-Hope enlisted on April 18th at the Baekho Recruit Training Center in Wonju, Gangwon Province. After completing basic military training, he was selected as a drill instructor and continues his active duty service.

Even in the military, he has been consistently updating fans, known as ARMY, about his current status. 

In July, J-Hope shared through the fan community Weverse, "Performing military duties in this hot July brings back memories of last year when I was active as J-Hope around this time. Although it's a completely different version of myself, I think my passion for envisioning the future remains the same. I wanted to share the news that I'm living as Jung Hoseok and J-Hope, unchanged in any place or situation."

In August, during his military leave, he posted a selfie taken at home on his social media account. After enjoying his leave and preparing to return, J-Hope left a confident message, saying, "I'll cheer up again!!"

Meanwhile, BTS members Jin, J-Hope, and Suga are currently serving in the military. In particular, Suga is expected to fulfill his military duty starting on the 22nd. After completing a certain period of basic military training, he will serve as a public service worker instead of active military duty.

Despite their "military service" period, BTS members V, Jimin, Jungkook, and RM have been actively engaging in individual activities such as album releases and broadcast appearances, showcasing their talents as individual members.
